Your vehicles will be serviced by our ASE Master L-1 Technicians; they each have over 22 years of experience in the automotive field. They will help determine your needs with up to date technology and equipment.
As a part of your neighborhood and the Northwest community, Don & Charlie want to insure Integrity and Trust when it comes to your vehicles repairs and service. We stand by our Quality Parts and Labor services with a written 24 month/ 18,000 mile warranty. Charlie & Don both have 27 years of experience in the automotive field.
As Owners we feel it is our responsibility to offer the customer all of the results found during any vehicle inspections, vehicle service or repair. This way you, the customer, have the information to make the informed decision in maintaining and repairing your vehicle. Charlie & Julee will be married 30 years . They have been in the automotive business for over 31 years. Charlie started out as a technician and moved up to a Service Writer and Body Shop Manager in California for a Dealership for over 15 years. He moved here to Arizona and over the last 15 years he has been a Manager and Operations Manager for a Franchise and dreamed of opening his own business for years. Julee is now working full time for the business doing Marketing & Net Working. They have a daughter in South Carolina and a son here in Tucson. They both enjoy NASCAR, golf, fishing, traveling and working in the yard. Best of all they enjoying quiet weekends with their two dogs Scooby & Bandit.

Barb & Don have been married 19 years. Don has been in the automotive business for over 25 years starting out as technician and moved up to Service Writer. He opened his own business in Southern Californian for 3 years then moved to Florida where he marred Barb. Together they have a daughter and son in High School. Don also has an older daughter and son and is a proud grandfather of two. They moved to Arizona 8 years ago and enjoy the great outdoors, fishing, gardening and Don loves to horseback ride in his free time, they have 5 dogs and 1 cat. Barb has been lucky enough over the years to be a stay at home mom and just started working the last few years for Northwest Hosptial. Barb starting working for the company full-time in the office 4/08.

Glen (Nishi)- ASE Certified L1 Master Technician. He has worked in the automotive field for over 22 years. Glen grew up in Mountain View CA (South of San Francisco) and moved to Arizona in 1996. He has been married for 14 years and has 2 children, a dog and fish. Glen enjoys doing personal projects and just laying around relaxing. He likes to kick back with the family and BBQ a good steak with fries. Glen worked with Charlie for over 10 years and Jesus and Don a few years.

Dawn (Red) - ASE Certified Service Consultant. She has over 18 years of experience in the automotive repair and service industry. Dawn enjoys Rock Concerts and listening to her daughter sing (perform). Dawn grew up around the racing track with her father and helped in the pits. She enjoys and sitting on a warm beach watching the sunset. Dawn has worked with all us for over the last 6 years. Dawns one weakness is Dark Chocolate........
