As always the service on my vehicle was excellent. They went over my vehicle and point out things that is needing to be taken care of now and in the near future. The only problem I have this time was people thinking I am stupid. I will admit, I know nothing about my vehicle. When I return with the vehicle when it was acting up, the gentleman was mad that I did not realize it was something he told me was wrong with the vehicle. How would I know this? The vehicle was not acting this way when I took it in. After he explained it for us to understand, he walked back into the building shaking his head on how stupid we are. Its like going to a doctor, you need to explain thing so we understand it. I also work with the public, people thank me all the time for explain coverage so they understand. My husband works with the public, he also explains so the customer understand. Since I was having problems that was not happing when I brought the vehicle in and when I called to ask about the problem, I did not yell or say bad things to anyone, I would have hope to get the same respect in return. So all I ask is please be a little nicer and explain things so us stupid people understand.
