Finally, I mechanic I can trust! I will be honest: I don’t know anything about cars, and I know even less about Diesel engines. When I found myself in possession of a 2006 DIESEL Jeep Liberty I knew I needed a really great mechanic who could translate what this thing needs into plain English. That is exactly what I got with Integrity Automotive. Along with my city driving I also I drive in and out of very rural places, off the grid and out of cell phone coverage, so I really need to be able to count on my vehicle. When I first came to Integrity Automotive Charlie spent lots of time taking a history of my vehicle and figuring out everything that HAD been taken care of, and everything that NEEDED to be taken care of, and getting everything dialed in. Troy has been endlessly patient teaching me about my vehicle and helping me understand the pros and cons of an older diesel 4wd vs buying a newer one. (I’m even starting to understand some of it!) Everyone I talked with was patient, articulate, and friendly (Don, Blue, Dawn, Jordan, Josh). Even Barb who shuttled me back and forth between the shop and my home was friendly and helpful. They all helped get me over the hump of learning how to take care of this vehicle and what to expect. They have been fantastic about letting me know what is important to take care of, what I don’t need to worry about right now, and what things I should just learn to live with in an older vehicle. It’s felt like they are looking out for my budget as well as my Jeep. Even though I have to drive across town to get to them, it’s worth it. The first diesel mechanic I tried was not a good communicator and did not know how to work with a newbie like me and ended up costing me $900 in repairs because they didn’t help me understand the importance of dealing with a particular issue proactively. No such experiences with Integrity Automotive! It’s great to know that the folks at Integrity Automotive have my back and are making sure I am safe no matter where I drive!
